Scott from Capstone quickly identified the issue and honestly told me it could be fixed myself with a roofing caulking material—no expensive repair needed. That kind of honesty is rare. He made my day. I highly recommend Capstone for any roofing needs.

Our experience was great. Capstone did our whole roof and our shed roof in one day. Anything they had to move was put back in it's place and they cleaned any debris completely before they left.

One of the few experiences where I felt we were dealing with honest people. Scott Munsinger and Rob Smith went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They helped me twice - once at my late father’s home in Glencoe and later, by specific request, at my home in Sand Springs. Scott came out three times, met with me then my husband and even came back to meet with the insurance adjuster. His honesty, skill and thoroughness is what sets him and Capstone apart from any other company we’ve ever dealt with. He helped us understand the claims process and gave us a clear expectation on timeline for completion. Always answered my questions, regardless of how many or how silly they may have seemed. Rob was equally as honest and knowable - he explained every part of the process. He and his crew worked diligently and with obvious skill, keeping us informed at every stage of installation. Part of our claim included replacing our awnings, Rob custom made new awnings to match the new copper gutters in the front - they are amazing! The office staff are also very kind and helpful - the owner, Scott (not the same Scott that did the inspection but I don’t remember his last name) is also helpful and available. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I cannot say enough good things about Capstone Roofing! As for price ( $20,000+ ) is higher because of the custom copper pieces that were covered by insurance…. The pieces were hard to find and required custom building and installation - Capstone handled it amazingly.

This company is a very trustworthy roofing company. They have helped me with small things and now a new roof. I have worked with Scott M, Tystan and Rob and the office staff. They are all very knowledgeable and patient in educating the customer. Many roofing companies can not be trusted but their company is the REAL deal. I left them a call at 3 am after the wildfires/winds in March 2025 because I had shingles that took flight…that event was on the weekend. I didn’t expect a call till the following Monday but they called me at 8 am on the weekend and were at my house to repair by 9am. They earned my trust. They also have an A+ BBB rating. New roof or repair, I will only call Capstone.
